Delivery of your package
We process and ship orders within 72 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During the summer period, our team handles a high volume of orders. Shipments may therefore require 5 to 7 business days.

The company SJB offers the following delivery methods:
Colissimo Point Relais (France) : delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order shipment, for a fee of €5.90. Free for purchases over €80.
Colissimo without signature : delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order shipment, for a fee of €7.90 for Colissimo without signature.
Colissimo with signature : delivery within 3 to 5 business days after order shipment, for a fee of €8.90 for Colissimo with signature.
No disputes regarding the delivery itself are possible if the package appears as delivered, the carrier's record being final.
Delivery in Europe
Colissimo Standard Zone 1 : Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €9.90 (3/4 days)
Colissimo Standard Zone 2 : Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria: €12 (3/7 days)
Colissimo Standard Zone 3 : Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €14 (5/7 days)
Colissimo Standard Zone 4 : Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Maghreb countries, other Eastern European countries: €16 (7/9 days)
Delivery to Overseas Territories
Colissimo Overseas Territories with signature : €19 (7/9 days)
Delivery to Other Countries
Colissimo Standard Zone 5 : United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Israel: €20 (9/11 days)
No disputes regarding the delivery itself are possible if the package appears as delivered, the carrier's record being final.
The ordered products will be sent to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. For Colissimo deliveries, if the recipient is absent at the time of the carrier's visit, the package will be left at a nearby post office.
The company SJB cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal service strikes or other unforeseen events covered by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise. SJB is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If the customer mistakenly provides a delivery address outside the countries served by SJB, the order cannot be fulfilled and the refund will be made after deducting bank processing fees from the order amount.
Delivery of items will take place after full payment of the order amount has been received. The customer must ensure that the items delivered correspond to their order. If the delivered items do not match the order, the customer must inform SJB's customer service and return the items in question, with return shipping costs covered by SJB. In case of our error, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return the non-conforming item(s) to us. (see paragraph 6 - EXCHANGE, RETURN AND
REFUND / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
